Hi shaziazahira.

Thanks for your question.

First of all i would like to tell you what headache you describe is not properly qualified for migraine.
Migraine headache are usually unilateral, severe in nature, throbbing in character, duration usually few hours may persist whole day, periodicity 1-2 times per week, associated with photophobia, phonophobia, lacrimation, nausea,Aura sometimes present.never associated with convulsion, fever, altered sensorium.aggravate by sunlight, tea, heavy work and relieved by taking rest in a quite room and sleep. Please check this characteristics if it matches to you then you have migraine.

But you told you have a lot of stress.Sometimes you fell depressed and you have pain everyday that go against migraine as in migraine pain never everyday.it is periodical. So i think it is tension type of headache.

OK.Whatever it may be first you have to do a CT SCAN of the brain then consult a neurologist or psychiatrist and he will help you

please leave this false think from mind that migraine is aggravated by food and it causes hair falling both may be coincidental but not linked with migraine.

Best wishes
