i have been under a lot of stress . am 48 years old, male. my heart pounds hard, sometimes irregular, i am on blood pressure meds, feel clammy, slight headache, back pain . i feel heavy in chest

hi..all these problems may well be cardiological rather than only stress-induced as you are already hypertensive..so report all these to your cardiologist first..if your ECG, Echocardiography and also other tests come within normal limit, then consider visiting a psychiatrist and also go for some stress-management training..have a good health..thanks..
