Having Stomach Pain, Headache, Dizziness. Given Antacid And Ibuprofen. Have Scoliosis. Cause?

earlier, i felt stomach pain (feels like the acid is crumbling in my upper stomach), headache, slight dizziness, feeling like i wanted to throw up, and back pain while at work. about an hour and a half after i felt these pain (as mentioned above), i went on my break, and went to the office clinic. i was given (first aid meds) antacid for my stomach pain and ibuprofen fast relief for my back pain because they dont have meloxicam which i rarely in-take or only when i cant tolerate my back pain, which is also prescribe by my doctor for my scoliosis. i took the antacid, but not the ibuprofen. then i found out that i still have 1 left meloxicam in mg bag. so i took it. a few mins after i took the meds. i felt slight numbness in my left leg and pain in my left hip bone. what do you think could be the reason for these symptoms? is it fatigue?

by the way, i have scoliosis with an 18 degree angle (per my doctors diagnosis). thanks!

Hi! Thanks for the query. I think the numbness may be to comprssion of a nerve on sitting for long hours. Your pain in stomach area may be due to Hyperacidity caused by constant use of pain killers. See your GP and let him give you a course of Omperizole or other drugs along with antacids should give you good relief. Take care.
