Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Munish Sood's  Response
1.Squint (Strabismus)develops due to abnormal development of muscle of eyes which control eye movements.
2. history of premature birth or low birth weight??
3. Physical deformity, so requires surgery, because if delayed may result in permanent visual loss called Amblyopia.
4.In the mean time you can consult with Ayurveda Physician there about 'Akshitarpan' and 'netra basti'.
