Having Sharp Pain From Lower Stomach To Penis Tip. Not Sexually Active. What Is The Problem?

I have a sharp pain from the lower part of my stomach running a direct line to the tip of my penis . I am 14 years old and it is not a general pain, but more like a specific fine line of sharp pain. It hurts more when i stretch and it goes away when i bend over and my groin is closer to my stomach. I am not sexually active with a woman, but i do masturbate.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
Your problem is most likely due to urinary stone with or without infection. An ultrasound examination is needed to rule out such condition. In case of small stones conservative therapy will benefit. For such condition i advise my patients to take more water.I prescribe spasmolytics for pain relief and antibiotics in case of infection.Urine alakalinizers like potassium citrate also advise in most cases.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query
