Having Palpitations. Saw Cardiologist, Ekg Fine. Get Nausea. Chest Pain. Problem?

hello doctor
I've been getting palpitations for the last month, but I went to see the Cardiologist and he check my heart with the ekg, and a ultrasound of my heart and he told me everything was fine, I get nausea and I feel something stucked to my throat. I also feel chest pain, feel dizzy, what can my problem be, please help me.

The possibilities in your case will vary as per age, gender, detailed history and co-morbid conditions. Normal ECG and ECHO only rules out a few conditions. Please see a good internist before you go further with your testing. This may be an important issue.
On the other hand, nausea due to abdominal or gut disorder may be associated with palpitation at times.
