Out of frustration I attempted to somewhat shove a pool chaise out of my way, the way my hand and fingers hit the chair, somewhat palm up and fully extended, when I struck the hair it seemed to bend back my fingers/palm and I instantly had unbearable pain shoot up the inside of my forearm inside of elbow. I thought I broke my arm. I had tingling in my fingers, and could not really curl my arm with my thumb facing up, if I went to go to use my arm, the underside of my forearm seemed to spasm and again extreme pain. I have been taking ibuprofen, which seems to help and also iced the area. It seems to be getting better slowly but now I am beginning to see bruising/ redness on the inside of my forearm about 5 inches up from my wrist, all the way up to the inside of my elbow. I am not sure if I tore something or just a really bad muscle sprain. Any Idea
