Having Pain In Arm. Woke Up With Pain In Ear And Face Numbness. Having Headache. What Could This Be?

A few days ago I got labs done and my arm was in pain all day. I ended up having a panic attack an hour before I fell asleep. The next day I woke up with a horrible pain in my right ear that caused the right side of my face numb. Now the pain has spread down to my right shoulder and I have been having terrible head aches. What could this be? The pain is unbearable and I feel so weak.

Hi, it appears to be the arthritis of the shoulder, and temporomandibular joint. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment . The other possibility is the hypertension causing all these pains.
I to my patient with such pains prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and pain killers, antibiotic along with the antihypertensives if there is hypertension. Thank you.
