Having Mild Numbness In Thigh After IFV Cycle. Will It Heal On Its Own?

I just finished an IFV cycle and have mild numbness in both thighs from daily progesterone shots. I have heard other women experiencing this. Will it go away with time and is there anything I can do to increase circulation/healing? Thanks for your help. JF
