Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hi
I read carefully all your concerns and I am sorry for your situation.
ther are two posisbilities:
1.spine problem ( you have ruled out it)
2.acut gastroenteritis.
for the moment you can use:
-hydramine
-tasectan
-plenty of water
-eat often and small pieces of meal.
If It is not enough, please consult castroenterologist to run further exams like
-abdominal ultrasound
- fecal anlysis( coproculture, ova/parasites,leucitosis
