Having Impetigo And Had Mollescum Contagiosum On Back Of Leg. Diagnosed With Leaky Gut. What Could Be The Reason For Discharge?

Hello, I am 17 and this is my second time having impetigo in the last 4 months. Before the impetigo I had mollescum contagiosum on the back of my leg. Before that I noticed that I couldn't loose weight (gained 20lds within 6 months) and was diagnosed with "leaky gut". My symptoms are similar to lupus, other than the gaining weight part. Anyways, right now what is conserning to me is that I am extremely dizzy and been discharing to the point where I think at some moments that I have peed my pants and the impetigo is just making it worse (the lesions just appeared yesterday).

You said you are 17 but did not say any thing about male or female and again you have asked question regarding the discharge how one can answer this question because the reason of discharge for both the male and female would be different, next time take care of this, as long as the impetigo is concern you need to treat it from grass rooted, you should complete the course of antibiotic beyond the stated course then and then you will get a good result, some time two different antibiotic need to be used together ( Amoxicilin and cloxacilin ) is drug of choice, have great day.
