Hi,
I can understand your concern for mutiple problems form which you are suffering. Regarding the swelling on skin it appears that you developed simple sebaceous cysts. This is common problem and we see so many of cases in normal population. So do not worry about it. You can apply gentamycin cream over the affected area. Stay away from hot and humid climate and wear cotton clothes. Do not try to pinch or pop the area as can get secondarily infected. This can be very simply excised in few minutes so can meet your family physician for the same. You should also tell your family physician regarding other of the problem you are suffering so that complete examination can be done.
