Having Fever, Got Blood Tested. Diagnosed Hepatitis. What Are The Findings?

My son zaid is 20 year. He was having fever since last 4 days as per doctor instructions we got his blood tested. They had diagnosed acute hepatitis. His SGPT /ALT ARE 5175 U/L.
the report is as under
Bilirubin 4.9mg/dl
Direct Bilirubin 2.0 mg/dl
SGPT / ALT 5175 U/L
Alkaline Phosphatase 151 IU/L
Gamma G.T 276 U/L
please advice

Hello there
this all indicates acute hepatitis which could be viral like hepatitis A or E, or it could be due to use of medicines.
Please do his screening like Anti HAV and HAE antibodies(IGG and IGM).
Avoid use of any medicines.
Give routine diet with less spices.
Use more carbohydrate diet.
Repeat LFTs after 2 days.
Most of cases get well in a week.
