Having Fast Heart Rate. Had 2-heart Abrasion. Have Sinus Tachycardia. Is It Heart Problem?

I went to doctor due to laying down and sitting and having fast heart rate . I have had 2 heart ablasion for SVT back in 2007 and 2008 now he says i have something called Inapporaite Sinus Tachycardia . Now I have to try meds out and i have filed for disability can I get it with my heart problems im 26 and i wish i didnt have to go thru this
