Having Eczema Breakout. Prescribed Antibiotics, Elidel Cream. Safe To Use Both Together?

Have had an eczema breakout below my chin and spreading onto my cheek for a while now; was perscribed elidel to deal with it. About a week ago, after the eczema was looking as though it was well on the way to healing and the elidel had done its job, i woke up to find the eczema replaced by a huge breakout like i had never experienced before. I was perscribed antibiotics to deal with the infected acne; this morning i woke up with extreme redness, itching and burning; i thought that maybe the breakout was to do with the elidel, but now i'm wondering if its safe to use elidel in conjunction with the anti-biotics to deal with my eczema and acne at the same time? thanks.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Yes it is safe for using antibiotics and elidel cream at the same time for different conditions but give 3-4 hours gap in between
