Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

You have continuous dreams during sleep in the absence of anxiety and depression

You need to consult Neurologist for clinical examination and CT scan brain should be done to rule out any structural lesion in brain , you also require EEG and sleep study to plan further mode of treatment

Meantime you can have melocet 3 mg at bed time which is a safe drug ( natural neurotransmitter melatonin needed for sleep)

Hope this will help you
