Having Chest Pain, No Fever. Got WBC Count Report. What Could Be Wrong?

my wbc came back the 1st time 11 ...now this time its 19...im having chest .....the dr xrays done...I really don't know whats going on...I don't feel sick...not running a fever...I don't take steroidsis trying to get in touch with another dr to see what else he can do. he said this one was a mystery to him...what do u think...do u have any suggestions

Hi whats your age and why you got the investigation done? What are your symptoms, any treatment and what all investigations done by now..? Since there are multiple reasons that affect WBC count without proper history and examination we can't come to conclusion. Kindly revert back with the information.
