Having Chest Pain. Chest X-ray, Doppler Normal. Had Rheumatic Fever. Reports Showed TMT Positive

I am having chest pain for few years . My test reports are as follows TMT- +tive , ECO doppler normal , chest X-ray normal , Angiogram - normal . I had suffered rheumatic fever at the age of 5 and it is treated with penicilin . Presently my age is 33years . My cholesterol level is high and heving a statin medicine . Doctors are saying you have nothing to worry . But i am still having chest pain . please help .

probably it is muscular pain due to viral infection
ibuprofen 400mg twice daily for 3-4 days will do
