muscles so first do that strength training exersises for both legs daily thrice a day to avoid strain on your knees...
Bursitis patient should not stand prolongly for a long time,should not sit on floor,have to use western toilet and should not squat.
Swimming is the best exercise for every one but do warm up exercise befor you start swimming and do it under the guidance of couch only and dont do for a long time as it may hurts you so increase time duration day by day
