Hi, Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic. Flu usually presents with cold, sore throat, fever, body pains, abdominal cramps, and diarrhea. For fever you can take Tylenol in prescribed dose every 8th hourly depending on the presence of fever. Take soft bland diet and drink plenty of oral fluids. Take adequate rest. Oral probiotics like econorm can be taken for diarrhea. Drink oral rehydration solutions to prevent dehydration. Be in follow up with the family doctor till you get complete recovery from the symptoms. Hope I have answered your query. Regards.
