Having A Twinging, Muscular Tightness In Lower Abdomen. Not Painful, But Having Twinges. Suggestions?

After exercising a couple of weeks ago, I felt a a twinging and muscular tightness in my lower abdomen. The tightness can be felt when I am sitting rather than when I am walking round. It is not painful but the twinges are regular. I have had this for two weeks now, i have maintained exercising but kept this to a mild level.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
You had twinging and muscular tightness in the lower abdomen after exercise.
the tight ness is felt it is not painfull but regular, since two weeks. Previously it was light.
Twitching usually occur due to calcium and potassium loss, the foods having these things like banana, other fruits and juices are taken you may get relief.
other causes of twitching may be internal like contractions of the intestines, may appear as muscle twitching.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. besides other routine tests for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
