Have You Know Anyone That Has Died From Hypertension ?

I m trying to shock my husband with he said, she said stories. I ve been telling him for the last few weeks he has high blood pressure but he is very stubborn. He saw one doctor today that said.. Well, it sounds like hypertension , so tomorrow he is seeing another doctor but he is blowing me off and not taking anything serious. People can die from this yes? Heart attack? Strokes ? Yes, you don't really die of hypertension, you die of the stroke or heart attack it causes. The really scary part is that you don't get any warning. The primary treatment is diet and exercise. There are pills you can take as well, but if you maintain the proper weight and exercise regularly, that may be enough.

Note: For further follow-up it is advisable to consult an emergency medicine specialist. Click here.
