Have Wheezing, Chest Cold, Headaches And Troubled Breathing. Is It Bronchitis Or Walking Pneumonia? How Contagious Is It?

I was visiting a friend who's grandmother was in Hospice. I went there 3 evenings, before she passed away. The last night it sounded like her lungs were filling with fluid - like, bronchitis or pneumonia.
The next day I ended up in the ER with an unrelated problem and has some minor surgery. In roughly 24-36 hours I was hit with a chest cold like nothing I have experienced. Within 2 hours I was wheezing.
This was over a month ago. My temperature is usually 96-97 degrees, I have a headache, and trouble breathing. Could this be walking pneumonia
