Have Varicocele, Pain. How To Help?

Ok extremely concerned my best friend has had varicocele( blood clots in his left testicles) he has recently become paralyzed in pain and can t afford the cost of. All the specialists.reading up on it I can tell his is bad. And he s only 21, but diagnosed at 12-16. What can I do to help? Please Thank you Tammy YYYY@YYYY

Hi, It is extremely unlikely that a varicocoele causes such a severe anguishing pain and therefore i suggest you make sure your friend does not have anything like a recurrent torsion of testis which might end up in a disaster or a condition called epididymo-orchitis which is an inflammation of genitals, and both of which can cause excruciating pain. varicoceles cause a mild ache usually, and we operate on them very rarely for pain, and are more likely to operate on them if they cause sperm dysfunction.
