Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir

This is charectoristic of Syndrome X (Metabolic syndrome), which includes hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.

These patient will have significant amount of atherosclerosis involving medium sized arteries which plays a significant role in increasing blood pressure.

If at all your blood pressure is not treated with coventional antihypertensive drugs you need to start it as soon as possible.

Secondly your systolic blood pressure is too high which might predispose for stroke and heart attacks.

So you need to visit the emergency room and get treated for it.

Thanks
