Have To Regularly Clear Throat, Especially After Laughing. Have Enlarged Lymph Node. Any Cure?

Hi i have had this problem for a few years now i have to keep clearing my throat,sometimes it's bad especially after i laugh a lot,or if im working out in the gym,i am trying to lose weight but it's not working.I do have an enlarge lymph node in the right side of my neck and it hasn't gone away been there for 2 years,i had a test done they said it was nothing,and not to worry about it unless it's getting bigger which it isn't.Sometimes when i clear my throat if i do it really hard it hurts.Im my family are getting annoyed by it especially when i do it over and over again,Sometimes it like i have to much saliva in my mouth and i do have to clear my throat and sometimes it's like it just a annoying habit i have and i want it to stop

I would advise you to stop cleaning your throat you need not to do it, neither such cleaning is required, second the lymphnode, if you feel it gone bigger in size or became painful the it need medical attention if nothing is like that you see then just forget it, it will come around it self but will take some time, if it does not go even after several weeks then will require some investigation, take care you can ask any further question without hesitation, have nice day.
