I have had swollen glands in the right side of my jaw for about a year now. It has been pushing on my jaw. Today I have pain in my jaw and can't open my mouth all the way. I have been havingh cramps in the top of my feet pulling my toes up. General feeling of tiredness and aches in all my joints
Hello and welcome to HCM, Swelling on right side of jaw is most commonly due to salivary gland enlargement or lymph node enlargement. Pain during opening of mouth can be due to muscular pain associated with swelling. Feeling of tiredness and joint pains can be associated with the jaw swelling. There are couple of conditions characterized by jaw swelling and joint inflammation. I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus treatment.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
