Have Swelling In Wrist, Cramping In Hand And Numbness With Nausea. What Is It?

I have swelling on the inside of my left wrist , very tender. This hand has cramping, distortion, and numbness. I have a impinged nerve in my neck that I can t afford to have repaired or visit a Dr now. Could the swelling be an indication that the nerve damage is getting worse? I got nauseated as soon as I discovered this and touched it.

swelling with numbness in wrist can be a indicator of carple tunnel syndrome.
