Good evening! In the last week I've had a cold that turned into a sinus infection. I've been tested for meningitis, the flu and had a chest X-ray for bronchitis, which all came up negative. All of a sudden, yesterday I started having excruciating upper back pain, running from my neck down below where my elbow ends on my right side. I put icy-hot on it, went to bed, woke up and can't move. My boyfriend had to lift me from bed. I had the cold sweats, was nauseas and was spamming. I can feel the pain in my chest when I breath. I don't know if this is isolated from my existing sickness, or related. I once sprained my left scapula, and this feels similar. I don't currently have a fever. I am lost for answers.
