Have Sleep Apnea, Arthritis, Spondylitis, Diabetes, Acid Reflux. How Can I Gain Control Over Health?

I am a 55 year old black women with I have sleep apnea, arthritis,spondylitis, diabetic.i feel like my body is falling apart I take a lot of medicine I have acid reflux cant eat this cant eat this have no control over what is going on with me have to give myself shots in the stomach for my arthritis how can I gain some type of control over my health

Yes, you can gain some control over your health, but you need to be patient, determined and with a strong willing to never surrender.

The first thing is to take control over your weight. If you are overweight, you can start exercising (walking first, then, jogging, then, running) and eating healthy foods (no spicy, no chilli, no high carb-and high fat foods, etc.).

It might seem hard but you must not surrender.
