Have Severe Itching, Hair Fall, Skin Becomes Oily. Taking Zinc Supplements. What Else Can Help?
I have severe itching and white stuff coming off my scalp for the past 2 years which causes too much itching and hair fall and it becomes worse during rainy season ( skin becomes too oily) and winters( skin becomes too dry) and I have lsot almost 75 percent of my hair in the past 5 years.
I am almost bald now because of this itching and hair loss, I lost almost 500 hairs on my head today after washing my head with a Fungicuse shampoo, nothing is working for me, no Keto, Zinc pytho, supplements, lotions , nothing.

Helli.i think u are suffering from seborrhicdermatitis.it can be cured by salytar shampoo and apply keto-b ointment .and ause oral flucanozole.if not subsided use isotretinoin and biotin supplementation

It seems that you may be having seborrheic dermatitis.
You are having lesions on scalp with flakes and hair loss.
Exact cause is not known.
Genetic and enviormental factors might be responsible.
Stress might exacerbate the disease.
There is increase growth of yeast ..P. ovale on the scalp and face and flex urial areas.
Take antifungal tablets like ketoconazole , steroids in tappering dose and antihistaminics.
Apply mild steroids with antifungal cream.
Tacrolimus or pimecrolimus may improve the disease.
Shampoo containig tar may clean the scalp.
Have patience, you will be improved.
