Have Severe Bloating, Nausea, Diarrhea And Fatigue

Since Oct. I've experienced intermittent nausea bloating gas and diarrhea, and fatigue. I saw a Gastroenterologist and had a UGI which was negative. I took Nexium for a period with some relief Now i'm nauseated most of the time , no vomiting and some abd. discomfort. I saw internist and he has ordered a abd CT, prescribed Dexilant DR 60mg and some lab work,CBC w/Dif.,Comp Met panel, Cardiac lipid panel, and colonoscopy. Any thoughts? I am male and age 69.

I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have gastroscopy, liver function tests, etc.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Also avoid untimely foods.
