Have Severe Allergies And Chronic Sinusitis. Used To Take Dimetapp. Solution?

I have severe allergies and chronic sinusitis, but none of the otc medications work. I have constant sinus drainage wich is clear and very thick, so I am constantly having to snort to get it pulled down. Nothing comes out from simply blowing my nose. Are there any prescription medications that can help me? I used to take Dimetapp, but understand it was recalled.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello,
You should not use over the counter medicines , you need to consult an ENT specialist and get done CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses, so that the extent of disease is known and so it can be decided you need medical or surgical management.
these over the counter medicines will cause more harm than benefit.
You need oral and nasal decongestants and if required nasal steroids.with a course of antibiotics.
