Have Sagging And Pain In The Testicles

My testicles have over the past 2 years, sagged down to over twice their normal length. Sometime, my testicles ache. I have gotten checked for stds and it didn't seem to turn up anything. Sometimes my testicles hurt after ejaculating. is there any way to fix my testicles? I've tried all different types of underwear and nothing seems to help, I'm constantly uncomfortable.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. The sagging of the testicles has no relation with STD. The cord which supports the testicles have lengthened due to inadequate support of musculature. Surgical shortening may help when done by an experienced surgeon. First of all go for sonography and color doppler of the scrotum, go for clinical evaluation by an Uro-surgeon. Underwear do not help, what you have to do is to lift up and supports. This will help you.
