Have Red Spots Which Are Very Itchy Which Is Not Spreading

I have little red spots with a red dot in the middle that r itchy sporadically appear out of nowhere...they r itchy they dont seem to b spreading.. I have about ten over various areas including the back of my leg. Shoulder blade back stomach...and one on the buttock...they only itch sometimes and seen to appear outta nowhere?? What could this b

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

you might have developed acute urticaria.

It is an allergic condition.

Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.

You need to find out the cause.

Treatment can be with oral anti histamines.

Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
