Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Rashes type symptoms in a child may be due to. 1 Eosinophilia , diagnosis can be confirmed by complete blood cell count . In eosinophilia usually patient develops rashes all over body ,mostly in the night . 2 Allergy , this is the most common cause of rashes in body.Usually this is due to some allergen either in the house or some outside places . Allergen may be dust , mite , hay , smoke, fine dusting powder , sudden fall and rise of temperature. 3 Eczematous dermatitis is the least possible cause. Diagnosis can be confirmed by consultation with a dermatologist . 4 Worm infestation is one more reason , stool examination is important. In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion for allergy. Good luck. Dr. HET
