Have Rash Like Outbreak On My Penis Head. Color Changes Deep Reddish. Higher Sensitivity With Hot, Cold Water. Treatment?

during the last few days i have noticed a rash like outbreak on my penis head. the bumps are more evident during a erection and not visible otherwise. the general colour of the penis head too has become a pale pink and turns a deep reddish hue during erections. i have also noticed a few nicks after masturbation. there is also a higher sensitivity when cleaning with hot or cold water. i am uncircumcised i have had no exposure to unsafe sex/std.

Hi, these appears to be the syphilis, or chancroid, or may be some fungal infection. So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Don't worry, it may not be a major problem, you will be fine with minimal treatment. Thank you.
