Hello
It seems from the history that you are having problem in hearing following jumping into water.
This can be because of entry of water into the ear and if wax is present already it leads to closure of the ear tube causing hard of hearing.
This requires treatment by removal of wax if any present inside the ear.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
