Have Pimples On Forehead, Cheeks, Painful. Will They Leave Permanent Marks?

I have a problem of pimples in last few months. I have faced pimples in the past but it was just once in a while and never painful. From past 3-4 months my forehead and right cheek has persistent pimples and it pains when fresh ones are coming. I am scared that these will remain with me forever as marks and the old pimples are not drying out.
Can you please help me so that i dont get new ones and get rid of the ones already there.

Hi,

Pimple, also known as Acne vulgaris is chronic disease and is multifactorial.

It may be due to tendency to develop.

It is preciptated and exacerbated due to stress, oily food, sleeplessness, sun exposure,travelling, menstrual factors, drugs like pills, isoniazide,iodine.

Be calm and cool, avoid stress and worries.

Avoid all factors suggested.

Take azithromycine or minocycline in proper dose for long time in morning.

Take zinc sulfate at night daily.

Apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent or clindamycine gel.

Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash.

You may be improved.

After control of disease, you go for treatment of scars and pigmentation.

You may use kojic acid containing cream and soap or face wash.
