Have Pimples And White Heads On Testicles. No Pain. Remedy?

Hi I am 24 yr old guy. I need your help and expert advice on an issue that I have been facing lately.. i have noticed few pimples and white heads on my testicles since few years now. Earlier I thought they are going to go away on their own with time but that doesn’t seem to happen. These are not painful, but I need to get rid of them as do not want to scare my partner in the future. I’ve googled it and found it is not harmful but could not find a way to get rid of them. This is the link to what I though it is: WWW.WWWW.WW . I am not too sure though if it’s the same thing. What would you suggest me to do, to get rid of it. Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have multiple Sebaceous Cysts over Scrotum since many years.
Scrotal skin is re\ich in sebaceous Glands and hence more prone to get sebaceous cysts.
Normally no treatment is required but may need to get excised in Toto if increase in size or get infected and for cosmetic reasons.
Please consult some qualified surgeon for clinical assessment .He may decide about excision.
