I am 23 years age (male) i am having hard stool problem for last 3 days. its paining while going for motion. what is the reason and solution. is it symptoms for piles

symptom of hard stool along with pain while defecation alone will not be piles.
pain may be due to the rubbing of hard stool with the smooth mucous membranes of the anal canal and fissure develop
it can take as fissure -in -ano
any way take some laxative medicine now itself after consulting doctor.
