Because of the pain and other symptoms like cough with mucus production, I will suggest that you get evaluated again and the treated assessed to see whether it worked or not. The decision to prescribe more antibiotics and which to be prescribed would be best determined after examination and maybe testing. a primary care doctor should be able to do this.
