Have Pain In Head. Recommendations?
I have been having pain in the middle of my head for quite a few days. I have been waking up with a dull headache which seems to get worst throughout the day. I am working in Afghanistan where medical care is limited for contractors.I have to go to another installation to get seen. I am a little nervous and not sure what I should do about it. The pain is in my temple but seems to move around.

The temporal head ache can be due to various causes,
Work load&tension, Sinus infection,refractory error,hypertension,migrain are to be scrutinised &treated by an expert.
Pl. don't be nervous-The head ache you have may be releaived with a painkiller at bed time with a glass of milk. If it repeats freqenly a dr's consultation would be better.
