Have Pain Below Shoulder And Alleviated. Had Tried Ayurveda And Massaged. MRI Normal. Suggest?
hai, i have a mild pain upper right side below my shoulders(right to spinal cord).even though its mild,it destroys my entire sleep.history>i had a habit of working with mouse continuously.thus i had a thunder pain there once before 4 years ago.but it alleviated within 3 days.but a small ball of 1/2 cm appeared there after some months.i tried ayurveda and massaged there strongly with oil and it was vanished within a year.now i feel it has been diffused all over my back and feel as if i there all got sored.i did an MRI and here a neuro doctor says there is no problem and gave 4 times different medicine.no change.now i feel the colour of pain has changed.please help me.
