hello
mucus in stool may be due to many reasons like infection, inflammation, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer etc. , so it's better to consult gastro enterologist to diagnose your problems. Herewith I am suggesting you to follow to take care of your gastro intestinal tract.
1.drink plenty of water
2.drink chamomile tea twice a day this herbal tea will always check any of your gastro intestinal complains.
3.have only vegetarian soothing diet.
4.fresh fruit juices must be there in your diet.
