Have Mild Pain In Left Leg And Arm While Breathing Deep. Have Shortness Of Breath. Cause?
I get mild pains in my left leg and left arm when i breath deep, i feel pains in the bone of my left arm and its usually weak, with frustration i stretch it a lot too which causes more pain. I also have shortness of breath and feel like breathing hard everytime, i do have sinus but dont have chest congestion or nasal its just allergies.
I largely feel my breaths and left leg mild pain is related which gets down to the bottom of my feet from hips, also my left hand feels uneasiness when breathing hard.

When one breath deep, there mild strech tto chest, abdomen & attached appendages(legs ,hands) I feel already existing problems n your hand &leg are aggravated due to it.Please don't worry,it is not due to respiration.
many a times such pains are due to-
hand pain-due to bone & muscle weakness-a calcium &vit. D suplimment should healp.
Pain in left leg- From the symptoms,seems to be due to sciatica - needs painkiller,& vit BI,B6,B12 suppliment in proper doses after an experts advice.
Perticular yoga exercises are also indicated.
You must take care of your sinusitis with antiallergics, nasal vapour inhailation ,avoiding exposures to allergens.
