Have Migraine, Neck Pain. Was Told It Was In Form Of Turrets. Need Suggestion

My husband fell 25 feet and landed on his head when he was a teenager, 24 years later he is suffering from migraines and for the past several months has been having severe neck pain as well. He said it feels like a pulled muscle all the way around his neck and up the back of his neck. He went to the doctor a few months ago and was told it was a form of turrets, not sure what to think of that diagnosis. Any help or direction of where we need to go is appreciated.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. If you were my patient I suggest to have an MRI to rule out any chronic hemorrhages formed due to the fall before 24 years. So that we can come into a correct conclusion. If everything comes up normal then it is migraine and as you know there is no complete cure for migraine for ofcourse prophylaxis will help him to get some free intervals. Thank you.
