Hi,
your doctor has planned to treat him in a line of carcinoma of unknown primary (CUP). Before this diagnosis every effort should be made to find out the primary. adenoca commonly come from gastrointestinal , lung, prostate even male breast ca. many time lymphoma can also be a diagnosis. your doc probably has ruled out all the disease now considers for pacli, carbo, 5fu. it is the drug for CUP. there is a good chance of response.
