Have Lump On Waist, Purple Color, Bleeding. Applied Bandaid And Ointment. What Is This?
i have a dime size lump on the left side of my waist just above the groin area it is purplish in color and just a minute ago i saw that it is now open bleeding slightly and there is flesh coming out of it, i put some would seal on it the n covered it with a bandaid and ointment, what is this? do i need to see my doctor?

Hi, it appears to be the hemangioma, or a boil with the more of blood vessels.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis, and treatment. You may need to get it incised and treated for curing of the infection. Thank you.
