Have Lump At End Of Tail Bone. Could Sit-ups Cause This?
I have a small lump (inner) on my butt crack or end of tailbone...do you think sit-ups may be the cause of this? I do a lot of situps when I look at it in the mirror there are no pimple like spots just inner lump and it looks like it may have bled a little at one point either that or its just a red rash, not sure what this is, It doesn't sound like a cyst

I dont think situps may have caused any bumps or swellings on your butt.
You are rather advised to visit nearby surgeon to get your buttocks examined both externally and internally.
